I was led to believe all Insteon devices are dual band, when in fact, they are not. My recent purchases from you were not dual band ( I found out from of your tech support after calling them to help with problems). I feel like I was sold a product on false advertisement. The system doesn't work and I'm out approximately $400.00. I'm an electrical contractor who has used you in the past, but will look elsewere in the future.

Scene controller for small area works great!

Took me a few minutes to figure out it was still programmed as an eight-button unit out of the box, but after that had no problems. Works and looks great.
