Works great. 100% reliable. I'm using it with an ISY 99i Pro.

As far as the working of the switch goes it is just great. My complaint is that I ordered ivory but it is not a true ivory. The color is more like a almond color and does not blend in with the rest of the switches in the group that it is with. But the bottom line is that it does the job that it needs to do so I will have to live with the off color.

This Insteon Switch is an improvement over it's X10 Type. I still have noise & signal loading problems on my power lines in my home, but about 80% better operation of the lights the pervious X10 Switches. Mostly because of the RF and Power line signal Combinations of the Wireless Phase Couplers in the RemoteLinc Insteon Lamp Starter Kit that I installed at the same time.
