I think that they ship everything from CA, so it takes a long time for orders to reach me here in MA. That is my only complaint.

I have a fairly large installation of insteon products spread among 3 buildings on my property, all with separate electrical services. It is a real pleasure to touch one button and have a full complement of outside and inside lights turn on to light my way between buildings at night. If you are comfortable working with house wiring, installation of this switch is the work of a few minutes, and very simple. If you are not comfortable or knowledgable about wiring, get an electrician or use the smarthome installation service. Insteon is the most reliable control protocol I have used, and I have used several. These switchlinc dimmers are the backbone of my installation. You can't really do much better. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I bought 3 of these. This is my first Insteon switch. I have many SwitchLincs in my house and they work fine. For now I will use these as X-10 only.
