Product works as advertised. Unfortunately, I misread the copy and should have ordered the 2477 Dual Band unit. Subsequently ordered the correct unit and placed these in stock for future use.

Wish it didn't take up so much room in the box. Our old home has a lot of oddly sized and undersized boxes that were a real pain to finagle the switch into. Otherwise an awesome product.

Product works well, easy to install. i wish the paddle had a better feel. As you press it you feel one sometimes two clicks but they don't correlate with the actuation. Almost feels like a plastic edge has mechanical interference somewhere. Also wish the light pipes were more distinct. Multiple are on at the same time and the intensity varies based on the viewing angle.

Only been installed for about 2 weeks. So far so good. Love the two way X10 signal, works great with my older Homevision controller.

These switches are easy to install, and easy to setup. On the rare occasion that I do have a problem tech support was quickly able to resolve the issue or replace the equipment.

I was shipped v4.2 and it works well. I wish they cost the same as white.

Just switched from X-10. This switch is excellent - reliable. Installation was easy.
