Hooks up easily, links easily, looks nice, and works every time. Don't know what else to say. cons: These are pretty large devices and can be a challenge to fit if there's a lot of wires in the wall box. (Minor inconvenience)

This could be improved by: - Making it smaller. I have several boxes where the wires and this device just will not fit. - Using push in conectors rather than the wires. This would reduce the space needed in the electrical box and would make instalation easier. - Support separating the upper and lower outlet. On regular outlets, there is a tab you can break to have them on separate circuits. It would be nice if this supported that.

Wonderful product - able to have all the Christmas lights throughout the house come on with one click (using KeypadLinc, ControlLinc or RemoteLinc). Love the versatility.

Works great - sensitive enough to work at the very end of a yard circuit, far from other INSTEONs. One installation issue: The "yoke" is wide, and does not taper at the top and bottom. This makes it too wide for mounting in certain boxes (it interferes with the cover screws) without using a rotary tool to trim it a bit (well, there goes the warranty!). I can understand the wide yoke in dimmer devices - it's used as a heat sink - but a little odd in a (non-dimming) relay one.

Works as specified. Would be nice if it had a more sturdy relay, so it could handle the full 15A at 110VAC for incandescent loads. The relay's contacts are limited to 480 watts.
