Black button with white text does not transmit ANY backlight. Useless in a dark room. Since the keypad is designed for use as backlighted, so should the buttons. At least this defficiency should be noted on the product information page.

The custom etched buttons are beautiful. Installing them is a breeze. So far, I'm quite happy I upgraded my house to Insteon. It's much more reliable.

The quality is great and looks better than the clear buttons I replaced, but the processing/shipping time was too long.

I have to agree with the other comments. The etching is professional and clean plus installation is really a breeze. These look soooo much better than the clear/printed label version that comes with the original switch. Even though I've bought a ton of these, and think they're worth getting, yet it does seem the price is a bit high for what you get. I'd expect these to be in the $3 range. After all, it's a square piece of plastic, that has been etched. Still, the final look with these looks quite professional.

This keypad is wonderful. We use it constantly and it amazes everyone who sees it.

These are really cool. My wife never really liked the paper inserts but after seeing these she has changed her mind. Looks like I will be ordering some more keypads and buttons! Keep up the great work.
