Great for button selection

The KeypadLink controllers are terriffic products and are delivered quickly. However, there are two issues with the button customizing option. First, the etched letters are difficult to read & need to be larger. Second, the delivery time for the button customization is frustratingly long, approaching four weeks for two of my three orders. The etching is ordered online via a form, but the manufacturing process apparently involves waiting until there are enough orders to justify manual batch processing. Unless you want to live with yellow post-it notes all over the house so the family knows which buttons do what, I'd recommend waiting to install and program the KeypadLinks until the correct customized buttons finally show up.

These buttons are very well crafted and the etching is readable even though it's small.

We had a dinner party the other night and my guests wanted to know how much I paid for our elegant keypads - they thought my system cost thousands of dollars!

My wife loves the look of these so much, we're changing out all our keypads. Great customer service.
