Once installed, these switches performed well. The installation was challenging for two reasons: (1) the size of the switch (especially the depth) makes it somewhat difficult to fit into older, shallow switch boxes; (2) the screws that attach the switch to the box appear to be made from a soft or weak metal that makes it very easy to strip the threads.

Works well with the X10 controllers and the eletronic ballast flourescent overhead fixture in the liveing space where my wifes mother is. Moma has MS; now she has the ability to control the light from her bed and in the wheelchair. What a wonderful experience.

It's nice that these switches have the same look and feel as the 2384W dimmer, so that it gives a nice uniform look on the wall when there are multiple switches.
