No issues whatsoever, except maybe RF range- I have to extend the device away and higher from my chair-an arms length. Excellent.

Remote works great. Linked very easily using ISY994. I have it to control multiple scenes in our bedroom and plan to purchase a 2nd one to control lighting/screens on our porch.

Works great, while the internal non-replaceable battery lasts. And, as will ALL devices, the battery eventually stops taking a charge. In my case, the last unit lasted a total of 3 months before I had to order a replacement. This issue points to one of two possibilities: 1: It was specifically engineered this way to fail in order to increase customer orders. 2: An engineering oversight, in which case, the manufacture should be expected to make an updated unit with a replaceable battery. At $52.00 per unit with shipping at the current rate 3 months I will need to order 4 per year, totaling ~$200.00 Not acceptable business practice.

Works ok but I have it attached to nightstand and it does not always send commands without detaching it and holding it in the air. Wish it took replaceable batteries instead of built-in rechargable power.

Very handy device and works very well

Pretty easy to program when using HouseLinc. Nice micro-usb charger same as most cellphones these days. Very configurable. Works well with FanLinc modules. Things really start to slow down when a device is unreachable for whatever reason, but that's to be expected. Nice little unit overall, but I'm somewhat disappointed with the lettering on the front wearing away within a couple days of use. There's no excuse for these not being laser-etched. Gives an expensive and otherwise decent quality unit a very cheap feel.

Great remote. It's smaller than I thought it would be (should have looked at the dimensions), but it's not a big deal. I took away one star becuase the labels (a,b,c,d,...) on the buttons wear off really easily. A scratch from a fingernail will take the whole letter off.

works great when in range. odd thing is, the end of my room, it won't communicate w/ my dual-linc.
