This easy-to-use, simple-to-install Latched X10 Eight Relay Controller lets you switch multiple sets of devices with one self-contained unit. Designed for use with devices that require contact closure switching, this X10 Eight Relay Controller works like the Universal Module, but it gives you control of eight devices, instead of just one. Each unit includes a power supply and connecting cable to an X10 TW523 Two-Way Interface Module (sold separately).

You can use the X10 Eight Relay Controller to control electric sprinkler valves, electric door strikes, thermostats, HVAC dampers, electronic ignition fireplaces and more.
Each double pole/double throw relay has 2 independent sets of contacts that switch an input between 2 outputs, so ON and OFF signals can either close or open contacts, depending on your needs. This Latched unit also responds to X10 ALL UNITS OFF commands
The eight-relay controller can be set to addresses 1-8 or 9-16. Please note that the relays do not maintain their latching in the event of a power outage.
