The Smartphone and Tablet Cup Holder Mount from Satechi is the simple solution for hands-free use of either device while in a car. The Cup Holder Mount comes with two interchangeable cradles that can be quickly connected depending upon the device desired for use. The tablet cradle is a universal design for 7" to 10.1" tablets, such as an iPad. The Smartphone cradle is also a universal design ensuring it will work with a large number of available Smartphones, such as an iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S III. Devices are securely held by padded grips that are pressed closed against the device for a customer fit and released with the push of a button. The mount rests in just about any cup holder and its base can be expanded by twisting the arm to ensure a snug fit even in cub holders that appear too large. Viewing angles are easily adjusted as pivoting hinges allow for 180° vertical and horizontal movement with 360° rotation. The Cup Holder Mount helps to reduce blind sports potentially caused by a mount on the window or dashboard.

Hands-On Research
Have used this product for a while now with the Samsung Galaxy S II & III and it is extremely convenient; much more than keeping my phone in my pocket or cup holder like I had previously. I have used it in multiple cars and it is very easy to add and remove from the cup holders without compromising its effectiveness; I also haven't had any issues with it not fitting in a cup holder. I have pretty much exclusively used it with the Smartphone cradle to make it easy to see incoming calls, notifications, and GPS (which was reason for getting in the first place), but did test the tablet cradle on an iPad 2 which worked without issue. Simple to use and handy product.
