The cornerstone of my Smarthome network is my outdoor lighting. All keyed to one X-10 code, I have a 500W halogen floodlight on the detached garage to light the driveway, four 150W floods to light my patio on the way to the house, and this 6376 module sits nicely in a junction box above the back door to control the light over it. I have an RF module keyed to the same X-10 code, and so can program the buttons on my car sun visor (normally for a garage door opener) to trigger these lights all on or all off as I enter or leave the driveway. Three modules, each controls less than 600W, and I get enough lighting to bring near daylight everywhere from the driveway to the door at the touch of a button.
