In addition to responding to the ALL LIGHTS ON and the ALL LIGHTS OFF commands, these switches feature Soft Start, which gently brings lights up over a 2-second span, creating a very soothing effect and considerably extending the life of your bulbs.
The Resume Dim feature automatically returns the light to the dim level that was set before the light was turned off. Plus, Leviton's Intellisense AGC enhances the ability of these switches to respond to X10 signals.
The Leviton DHC X10 500-Watt Dimmer Switch is ready for 3- or 4-way circuits. A 3-way circuit requires one Dimmer Switch and one slave switch. A 4-way circuit would require a total of two (2) slave switches. Simply add additional slave switches for 5-, 6- or more-way circuits. For single pole applications, just cap off the red traveler wire. Please note that you must use the slave switches below (existing 3- or 4-way switches will damage the dimmer).
These switches can only be used with incandescent lights with a minimum load of 60 watts and a maximum load of 500 watts. Includes interchangeable white/ivory paddle switch covers, optional colors are available. Trim plate not included.
