Essential Info
The Cooper Wiring 600W PIR Vacancy Sensor Dimmer Switch uses advanced PIR technology to sense the movement of heat-emitting bodies. The Vacancy Sensor provides Manual-ON/Auto-OFF operation only (Title 24 2008 Compliant). The sensor automatically turns lights off after a space becomes vacant and a preset time delay elapses. Built-in dimmer provides preset full-range dimming of light load. A horizontal dim/bright bar with row of green LEDs provide intuitive control. Both versions provide Single-Pole (single-location) wiring and work with Incandescent and Magnetic Low-voltage lighting load types. All sensors are compatible with any decorator-style or decorator screwless wallplate. This product is avaialble in: Almond, Black, Gray, Ivory, Light Almond and White, each sold separately. Operation
The VS106D1 must be turned on manually with the ON/OFF button
Lights will turn off automatically when no motion is detected after a selectable time delay
The light level may be changed by pressing the dimmer bar - left side for dimming and right side for brightening
Green LEDs in the dimmer bar indicate the light level
Green LED's will dim when the dimmer is off
The selectable time delays are 5 seconds (Test Mode), 5 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes (factory default)
When the lights have turned off due to a lack of motion, the lights will turn ON automatically if motion is detected within 10 seconds
