Essential Info
The Cooper Wiring Devices OS106D1-W 600W PIR Occupancy Sensor Dimmer Switch uses advanced Passive Infrared (PIR) technology to sense the movement of heat-emitting bodies. The occupancy sensor provides Auto-on/Auto-off or Manual-on/Auto-off operation. The sensor automatically turns lights off after a space becomes vacant and a preset time delay elapses. The built-in dimmer provides preset full-range dimming of light load. A horizontal dim/bright bar with row of green LEDs provides intuitive control. It is designed for single-pole (single-location) wiring and works with incandescent and magnetic low-voltage lighting load types. This dimmer is compatible with any decorator-style or decorator screwless wallplate.

Selectable time delay of 5 seconds (test), 5 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes for lights to remain on after room is vacated
Occupancy Sensors time delay default set to 5 minutes; Vacancy Sensors time delay default set to 30 minutes
Occupancy Sensor provides a selectable ambient light override preventing lights from switching ON when there is acceptable natural light
Occupancy Sensor Version allows to toggle between Auto-on/Auto-off or Manual ON/Auto-off mode with a simple press and hold of switch
Replaces a standard light or fan switch
Provides 180 degree field of view and 1000 sq. ft. of major motion coverage
Occupancy Sensor provides for a bypass feature to allow the sensor to perform as a traditional switch (Manual ON/Manual OFF)
Walk-in-delay feature allows sensor to turn lights off without time delay when motion is detected briefly in room
Reverse Mode allows light to stay off in a room when motion is detected
