Just like standard 110V appliance modules, these heavy-duty modules give you the power to remotely control 220V appliances with any X10 controller, timer, phone transponder or computer interface. They also respond to the ALL-OFF command so you can turn off all your X10-controlled appliances with a single button. Note: 15 and 20 amp appliances have different prong configurations. Use the pictures above to help you choose the module that’s right for the appliance you want to control.

For easy addressing, insert an X10 Code Clicker (sold separately) into the dial wheel.

These modules are designed for single split-phase 110/220V or 120/240V systems only. They will not work on three-phase electrical systems commonly found in some industrial locations and apartments.

Works like any other x10 product. However, given the nature of this device (I am using it for a water heater application) it would be nice to have an LED indicate whether the device is on.

I use this unit for my dust collector which is in the back of the garage but my power tools are in the basement. By using either a remote penent with the antenaed switch interface -or- a mini module to turn the unit on, it works great and gets the noise out of my shop. I recommend this setup over any "specially made" remote setup. This is cheaper and does not require line of sight to turn it on.

These work great until they break! I have been using this device for about 18 years. They wear out after about 2 or 3 years. But while they last they solve a need. They just are not designed to last for very many on-off cycles. Keep a spare on hand as I do!
