If you need the display to brighten, wave your hand over the sensor and the brightness will intensify for a few seconds. To gently rouse you out of sleep, the ascending alarm gradually increases in volume. A four-minute snooze button allows you a few more minutes of slumber. Surrounded in light blue plastic casing, this digital clock is compact enough to fit on any nightstand or dresser. Because it is battery-operated, you'll have more flexibility in placement. The clock requires the use of three AA batteries, sold separately.
