Solved my problem. Even better than expected.

I have a 3,800 sq ft home. I have a gate on the driveway 300 ft from the house. The gate, via a loop in the concrete, opens for anyone that pulls into the driveway (not intended as a security gate, just there to keep the deer out and the dogs in). There is a PowerFlash unit in the gate control box that, via X-10, rings the door bell and at night turns on the outside lights anytime the gate opens. I also have a lot of other X-10/Insteon devices throughout the house. I have 4 computers throughout the house and, like most people, a lot of A/C adapters. I was having a lot of trouble making everything work .. even part of the time. So, I went to the expense of putting a FlilterLinc on each computer, each refrigerator, the major power strip for the media center, and 85% of the A/C Adapters. I also installed two BoosterLinc units as well. Now, everything works everytime. Previously in smaller installations I'd already had very good results using Fliterlinc units. If you are have problems with intermitancy, I'd highly recommend the use of these units. As you add them in the most obvious places you'll likely begin to see improvement and as you add additional ones (and perhaps a Boosterlinc as well) you should eventually get a flawlessly working system. All of this assumes that somewhere along the way you've already added a bridge between the two electric service legs found in most homes (I use the one that plugs between the dryer and the wall outlet).

Works great for isolating equipment that filter Insteon signal like computers, and A/V equipment. A little pricey for what it does.

Works exactly as advertised. A bit pricey but where else can you get a filter so compact that looks this good. It immediately solved the problem and my light control is back. Just plugged it in and then plugged in the offending surge suppressor into the FilterLinc 10-Amp Plug-In Noise Filter and I was done. Thanks.

It does what it claims to do and the difference is noted. The first one went out, but Smarthome replaced it for free. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Smarthome staff. I will definitely continue purchasing items from them.

I have some X-10 controlled drapery moters that lost their settings when power went off.I installed an UPS but the square wave output blocked the X-10 signals. I put this filter between the UPS and the Drapery motors and it solved the problem!!!!

Works as advertised. Should have some indication of the filtration levels.

the unit showed up in a timely fashion and solved the problem. I was very pleased.

I have a number of these installed - they do eliminate interference.
