Essential Info
Control your whole-house audio or home theater system from the comfort of your PC. This is essentially a powerful learning remote that transmits IR signals in response to an RS-232 signal. It learns IR codes from your existing remotes and stores them directly on your PC where there are fewer memory constraints.
Due to the nature of this product, Smarthome cannot offer programming support. We cannot assist in the troubleshooting or development of applications and/or code for this product.

Comes with 3 IR blaster outputs (compatible with #8171S and #8170S IR emitters). For true conditional operation, add any Smarthome Design sensor probe. Includes RS-232 cable, power supply and software.
If you plan on using the PC to IR linc to learn new IR codes, we recommend using Homeseer software (#1266)
