The GrayWolf JukeBox software is probably one of the easiest and most powerful ways to manage and play a large collection of CDs. Find and play any track in your collection in seconds, select any CD and display track listings, or develop complex play lists with point and click ease. Ideal for owners of large capacity CD players.
Start by inserting your CDs into your PC CD-ROM player. Within seconds it will automatically identify the CD and track titles using information from the database provided with GrayWolf JukeBox (or optionally, on-line from an internet database). Any CD titles that are not currently in the database can be entered manually. Once you have completed cataloging your CDs, use this data to view and play your CDs in many ways. Sort and browse through your collection by artist, title, music category or phrase. Now build different play lists by selecting and adding songs with point and click simplicity.
The GrayWolf JukeBox plays CDs through your PC CD-ROM player or will control virtually any standard audio CD player with IR remote control. It is especially powerful when used with large capacity (25, 50, 100 & 200 disc) CD players. You can also use combinations of large capacity CD players to hold your collection. The GrayWolf JukeBox will select the appropriate CD player required to play the track desired. If the disc that you want to play is not currently loaded in the CD player, the software will prompt you to load the appropriate disc. Control of amplifier/receiver functions are also provided.
There is no real limit to the number of play lists or the length of the list (limited only by computer disc space). At your request, a list can be optimally allocated to each side of an audio tape and then recorded. If your cassette recorder has infrared control, you can record a tape at the click of a button. When you have finished the recording,
GrayWolf JukeBox will print a cassette tape liner that folds to fit exactly in the plastic tape box. You can display a picture for each CD. And, if you have a web browser, you can search the Internet for pictures that you like. (Please note that many pictures are copyrighted.)
The included Lyrics authoring program is a tool for authoring audio CD lyrics. After entering the lyrics for one of your CDs, add timing information with simple clicks while the CD is playing. Then you can enjoy the lyrics as they scroll along with the music as the CD is played in your computer CD-ROM drive. Lyrics for many CDs are available on the web.
Requires PC running Windows 95� and multimedia CD-ROM drive. To operate external audio CD players one of the following controllers are required: Plato HouseLincTM, HomeVision, JDS TimeCommander/TimeCommander Plus, Stargate or the IR-X card.
