Freshly baking bread adds a warm, homey aroma to any kitchen. But it smells even sweeter when you aren't worried about baking times. The Beyond Bread Maker takes the guesswork out of baking. The attached scanning wand automatically programs the bread maker to prepare bread and cake mixes according to the package instructions simply by scanning the UPC code. The Beyond Bread Maker has hundreds of preprogrammed barcodes stored in its memory, but you can program new recipes in, or the bread maker can even "learn" new barcodes from the online Beyond Information Network. No installation or wiring is required. You can even program the Beyond Bread Maker to start at a certain time of day, making it possible to wake up to freshly baked bread every morning!

The bread maker's clock time and day of week are set automatically against the U. S. Atomic Clock by Home Hub (coming soon!), and the Beyond Bread Maker can be automatically updated with new bar codes by other Beyond appliances, like the iCEBOX CounterTop or FlipScreen and Home Hub with the use of a SANI Card.
The Beyond Bread Maker measures 13.5"H x 16"W x 10"D and weighs 17 pounds. It is made of stainless steel with black styling and features a large LCD with a bright blue backlight.
