Suitable for indoor or outdoor use in a covered environment, the M1 Zone Temperature Interface allows the M1 to read remote temperatures. It operates on any of the 16 main zones on the M1, communicating over three wires.
Should the temperature reach a setpoint or a threshold, your M1 can perform certain actions, such as turning on the heat or air conditioning or even dialing a phone to deliver a voice alert, particularly helpful if the pipes in your vacation home are in danger of freezing or if the heat has reached a point where your pets will become dangerously uncomfortable.
