If the 16 zones that come with your M1 Gold security/automation system are insufficient, it's easy to add zones with the M1 16-Zone Input Expander. Up to 12 of these expansion boards may be connected with the included mounting glides, increasing your total zones up to 208! These 16 EOL resistor-supervised hardwire zones operate on the M1's four-wire Databus Hub and include on-board EOL bus termination jumpers. The input expander features flash memory, which allows field updating of its operating firmware. The M1, M1Gold panel and Databus Hub are sold separately.
