The ELK-M1KP2 is a low profile, addressable LCD Keypad for the ELK M1 family of Cross Platform Controls. It features a thirty-two (32) character blue/white backlighted display, blue lighted keys, four (4) programmable function keys, along with the ELK menu navigation keys. The programmable function keys can be set to alert central station to an emergency or provide instant activation of your garage door, curtains, or lighting when pressed. It may also be recess 'flush' mounted using with an ELK back box kit (sold separately). This low profile keypad is compatible with "external" 26 bit Wiegand compatible proximity readers, allowing cards or fobs to be used for arming, disarming, or limited door strike control, and more.

Quick-arm keys provide instant arming of security system, and you can easily bypass zones with a single button press. Activate the chime feature to receive local alerts for zone openings: The built-in Piezo sounder has adjustable pitch for aural comfort. The M1 LCD Keypad is compatible with external 26-bit Wiegand-compatible proximity readers (sold separately), allowing cards or fobs to be used for arming, disarming, or limited door strike control.
