Automate Your Entire Home with Z-Wave Technology
Any device displaying the Z-Wave logo can be incorporated in your Z-Wave network. Since Z-Wave operates on RF frequencies and every device is a repeater, the more devices you use, the better your network works. There is a wide variety of Z-Wave devices made by several manufacturers, and any of these can add more automatic functions to your network. Each line-powered node in a Z-Wave network is designed to act as a repeater, forming a mesh network, eliminating radio "dead spots" and providing a high level of reliability.

Requires a 3-gang junction box for mounting.
Must be used in conjunction with the Z-Wave Hand-Held Remote Controller

I regret this purchase. It is way too difficult to program and weak in features. My biggest regret is putting a hole in a wood panel wall to mount this. It remains plugged in because I don't have anything to replace it.
