Signal Monitor Mode
The software's Signal Monitor Mode provides visual information about X10 signals and integrity. In this mode, you can determine if noise on the powerline is interfering with the reliability of your system.
Additional X10 Packet Analyzer Mode
In X10 Packet Analyzer Mode, you can decode normal and extended X10 codes as they occur on the powerline. No matter what type of signals they are, this mode displays them all, from normal or extended X10 codes, to binary data, even raw X10 packets. You'll also be able to determine when packets are fractured or have incorrect coding. As an added bonus for homeowners with Lightolier systems, the software will even display Lightolier Compose™ codes.
Packet Monitor Mode
The system's Packet Monitor Mode captures all X10 traffic and allows filtering of data. You can filter specific house codes, or all of them. In this mode the software also identifies the time and date of arrival of X10 packets. Packet Monitor Mode supports all normal and extended codes, as well as Lightolier Compose™ codes.
The LynX-TOOLS™ package comes with easy-to-use online help and a comprehensive instruction manual. It also offers remote diagnostics via the Internet. LynX-VIEW™ supports connections to LynX-NET™ servers running on remote systems or Lantronix remote servers (UDS-10) connected to a remote LynX-10™ PLC via TCP/IP. The software runs on Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.
Just Need the LynX-10™ PLC?
Don't need the whole troubleshooting software package, but still want the LynX-10 PLC interface? No problem! We offer the LynX-10 PLC separately as well. This interface combines the functions of the LynX-10™ Coprocessor with that of the PSC05 / TW523 power line interface. Although it includes an enhanced protocol, the unit remains backward compatible with the existing LynX-10™ Coprocessor.
