This easy-to-use plug-in device enables you to enter the cost of electricity from your utility provider and it will automatically calculate energy costs to show you which appliances are costing you the most money. Additionally, this device detects energy overloads, records the maximum amperage and wattage and has a built-in backlight. The large LCD screen and control buttons allow you to easily scroll through the energy values, cost values and clock display. Two 1.5V button cell (AG13/LR44) batteries are included and serve as a memory backup for readouts and settings in the event power is lost or you want to move the meter. This energy meter is a great solution for identifying those energy guzzling electronics and to start saving money.
