I received my remote control for the fountain very quickly!! But there is a huge mistype on the description, this will only work from 10 feet away or less rendering it practically useless as we were wanting to use this from the deck. I would like to receive a refund or a better remote.

Can get only get 10ft reponse. tried new batteries same result

I returned the first unit. The replacement unit doesn't work as advertised either. To work the hand held device must be in perfect alignment with the receiver like a garage door sensor. It works well up to 10 feet. If they are farther apart contact is much less likely. More than 30 feet of separation it is virtually impossible to align them. The gatepost light I had installed is now virtually useless. I am not returning it this time. I give up.

It does work but the range is too short. Most of the time it only works less than 10'

Easy setup. Worked as advertised (I not in need of a long range of action...)

Sent the first one back because it would self-actuate now and then with very bad results. By the time I got the replacement, I had decided to rewire the outlet so that I could turn current off to the remote when it was not in use. Sort of defeats the purpose of the remote. The replacement seems to work fine, but it's not left energized 24/7 so I don't know if stray RF would actuate it too or not. Otherwise, it works as advertized.

First remote control would not work. We had to return it and order a second one.Second one worked fine!

Remote is very flimsy and only works about 50% of the time. I have found if you squeese the bottom of the remote that usually fixes it

I am happy with the remote which I use for my ourdoor fountain. I do wish the range was a bit more inclusive.
