Great customer service.

This product just plain doesn't work. I had two of them, that did absolutely nothing. I bought a cheaper product somewhere else that works much better. Smarthome was good in replacing the unit, and eventually refunding it, but neither one worked out of the box.

outsatnding product.Simple to set up and can control 4 different units. The dimmer function is what makes this device unique. I purcahsed a second unit I was so satisfied

Bought two, have had them for a few weeks now and they both work great. Easy to set up and remotes work well.

The problem was that the batteries in the product were old and corroded the connections in the remote controlls. I was able to replace the batteries in them but there was one that I could not get to work after that so I contacted customer service and was sent another of the same product. The product was the same as before, but I was able to get it to work by cleaning up the contacts and replacing the batteries ame as before.

The item helped my father out greatly who is currently disabled in a wheelchair! Thanks smarthome!

Great product. Even though the plug-in transmitter is hidden behind a desk, the remote works great.

so easy to install and program, and it works just as advertised. I turn on my bedroom lamp from my home office at night so I can see in the hallway. No stumbling in the dark anymore. Just ordered a second one.
