If you want to cut costs on your energy bill each month, or are simply interested in making the change toward energy conservation, the HAI Energy Management Promo Kit is a giant leap in the right direction. Using the HAI Lumina controller as the backbone of the system, the focus of this system is to cut back on energy use with high wattage devices and HVAC. The system is also expandable to incorporate lighting automation. The kit includes an HLC Load Control Module which is a switch that is designed to address energy consumption of high wattage devices such as a water heater, pool pump, baseboard heater, fountains, ventilator, humidifier or dehumidifier. You can also control your HVAC system from multiple areas of your home using the two included Omnistat2 Multistage & Heat Pump with Humidity Control Thermostats. The thermostats include all the standard features such as creating a 7-day schedule with separate weekday, Saturday and Sunday heating schedules. Additionally, each thermostat has the ability to learn your patterns of operation and use that information to create maximum efficiency; conserving energy while keeping you comfortable. Generally up to half of your electric bill can be accounted for by your heating and cooling system, so managing them is the best way to cut energy costs. A 5.7" touch screen console has been included to program and operate your system. As an added bonus, PC Access software has been included to make setting up, programming and monitoring at breeze.

Lumina Pro Controller
Control all of your lighting from any room in your house or business. Designed as a lighting and automation controller for large residences and small commercial installations, the HAI Lumina Pro Controller comes with everything you need to get started with sophisticated lighting control for up to 31 rooms (217 lights). No need for new wiring - the Lumina Pro uses UPB, an advanced digital communication standard that transmits your commands over standard electrical wires. All you need to add are the switches you wish to control. Lights come on as programmed or with the push of a button. All of Lumina Pro's features can be programmed on-site, without a computer, using the included LCD keypad.
Other Lumina Pro Controller Features
Control Lighting in One Room With a Keypad in Another: Since the Lumina Pro enclosure comes with a powerline interface module, you'll be able to control all connected lights from the included keypad. Install additional keypads around your house for easy lighting control from any room. One Lumina Keypad controller is included with the HAI Lumina Pro Controller; you can add up to 16 HAI Lumina Keypads (each sold separately) in any home. Also available is the HAI Lumina Keypad w/Speaker & Microphone, which allows two-way voice communication (requires the 2-way voice module). For additional elegance and ease of use, an OmniTouch 5.7" touch screen is included.
Expandable System Allows for Flexibility: Install the included HAI Lumina Mode Switch near your home's main entry, and you'll be able to control light settings for every light in your house with the press of any of six mode buttons. Install one of the Omnistat Communicating Thermostats and, you can control your home's temperatures through your Lumina Pro system. Replacement transformers and backup batteries are also available.
Event-Based Lighting Control: It's certainly convenient to turn off the downstairs lights from your bedroom, but lighting control encompasses so much more than just on and off. The HAI Lumina Pro Controller allows 16 inputs for indoor or outdoor temperature, humidity sensors, motion detectors, and door/window sensors. It even has 8 voltage outputs for triggering hardwire relay. How can you take advantage of these features? Connected devices and lights can be scheduled by time, sunrise/sunset and day of the week, so you can set the system to turn on your coffee maker thirty minutes before it gradually turns on your lights to wake you up on weekday mornings. If your system is connected to your thermostat, you can prevent it from turning on if a door or window is open in order to save energy. You can even connect to your existing security system to trigger lights to turn on for safe exiting in the event of an alarm or to shut off the air and heat to stop the spread of smoke.
The Lumina Pro Controller comes with a Lumina Pro enclosure, power supply, transformer cable, LCD keypad, keypad cable, UPB phase coupler, setup software, serial cable, battery, 2 keys, End-of-line resistors, UPB Powerline Interface Module, and a quick-start guide.
Dealer PC Access
Make setting up, programming and monitoring your OmniPro II Controller easier than ever with HAI Dealer PC Access software. Designed for Windows-based computers, PC Access can be connected to the controller directly via RS-232 or remotely, using the PC's modem. Once set up, it allows fast and convenient setup of all names, voice, automation program, security codes and many other configuration items.
Lumina Mode Switch
Easily change your lighting mode before leaving your home, going to bed, arriving home, going on vacation, entertaining for the evening or any other special event. The HAI Lumina Mode Switch has six push buttons labeled AWAY, HOME, SLEEP, VAC (Vacation), SPCL (Special), and PARTY. Each button is backlit slightly so that the buttons can be seen in a dark room. The selected mode will be illuminated distinctly so that you can always tell at a glance which scene is enabled. These scenes will set all connected lights to different degrees of brightness when pressed according to the factory default or how you program them using an HAI Lumina Keypad.
OmniTouch 5.7" LCD Touch Screen Plug'n'Play Controller with Video
Operate the Lumina Pro Controller with a colorful, plug-and-play 5.7-inch LCD touch screen interface. Have instant graphical control of audio, security, surveillance, HVAC, lighting and other home control functions via easy-to-recognize icons.
The OmniTouch 5.7" LCD Touch Screen includes the Omni Touch Screen, a white faceplate, installation template and manual.
HLC Load Control Module
The HAI 30A Heavy-Duty Load Control 220V Switch is an HAI Lighting Control (HLC) that offers remote control and an energy management of loads up to 240VAC. While it will work on standard 110VAC loads, this switch is designed to address energy consumption of high wattage devices such as a water heater, pool pump, baseboard heater, fountains, ventilator, humidifier or dehumidifier. It can be controlled locally by using the built in decora-style rocker switch or by linking it with a switch or controller using a UPB powerline signal. Envision being able to schedule times for your pool pump to run or being able to turn it On or Off at the touch of a button. Imagine having the ability to shut off your water heater from a keypad on your way out the door or remotely while you are on vacation. Your air conditioner, pool pump and water heater all operate on higher voltage, requiring vast amounts of energy to operate. The HAI 30A Heavy-Duty Load Control 220V Switch lets you efficiently control the use of heavy duty appliances and take a step towards saving energy and cutting down on utility costs.
Omnistat2 Multistage & Heat Pump with Humidity Control Thermostat, White
The Omnistat2 line from HAI offers the latest in programmable communicating thermostats. It includes all the standard features such as creating a 7-day schedule with separate weekday, Saturday and Sunday heating schedules; as well as a vacation mode. It is also fully interactive with the Omni family of HAI Central Automation Controllers. What really makes this line of thermostats unique is the ability to learn your patterns of operation and use that information to create maximum efficiency; conserving energy while keeping you comfortable. Generally up to half of your electric bill can be accounted for by your heating and cooling system, so managing them is the best way to cut energy costs. Some other cool features include a simple 3-button user interface, a filter reminder for peak efficiency, simple or advanced display, motion sensing large digital LCD screen, adjustable backlit LCD screen, energy monitoring with real-time costs and bills, and smart metering communication with your utility company (where available).
