If you are looking for a way monitor or limit access to and from your home or office, the HAI Commercial Security Control Promo Kit has everything you need to get started. An electronic reader can be mounted to a door frame or to any flat wall surface and used to trigger an output for the included electronic door strike. Ten wireless access cards and ten wireless key tags have been included and can be programmed to activate the electronic reader. These access cards and key tags can also be tied in to any home automation functions, via the Omni Pro II controller, to disarm the alarm, light a pathway into the house, change the temperature, turn on several zones of a whole home audio system and select their volume and source. Each card or key tag is tied to a specific user, and thus, all of the actions can also be customized for each individual user. This kit also includes a hardwired high wattage relay control module ideal for commercial automation of lighting ballasts, vent fan control, a circulator pump, sign lighting and outdoor lighting. The relay control module can prevent expensive energy use by locking out the use of high wattage appliances and lights when electricity costs are at their highest. A standard keypad console and 5.7" touch screen console are included to program and operate your system. As an added bonus, PC Access software has been included to make setting up, programming and monitoring at breeze.

Omni IIe Commercial Controller
Integrate powerful home automation and security features into your home or small business. The Omni IIe home-control system has integrated security for an ideal and economical solution. This system provides enhanced comfort, safety, convenience and energy savings by coordinating lighting, heating and air, security, scenes and messaging based on activity and schedules. Omni IIe also features telephone accessibility that allows you to change system settings via a phone in your house or by calling your system remotely.
The Omni IIe Controller Kit includes the Omni IIe controller with enclosure, lock set, two keys, UPB PIM, RJ31X cord and jack and manuals.
If you add HAI's Omnistat2 Communicating Thermostats, you'll be able to control your home's temperatures through your Omni IIe system. A freeze alarm feature will cause a dial out if the temperature falls below a preset level. Choose from a number of temperature sensors and other accessories to expand your system, including a variety of wireless options. These accessories include additional interface options, such as the included OmniTouch touchscreen. Omni IIe features three built-in serial ports and an Ethernet port for connection to additional control devices. Control your system remotely: Snap-Link software comes with a USB thumb drive that you can insert into any Internet-connected computer to monitor or control your HAI system remotely.

Designed for Windows-based computers, PC Access can be connected to the controller directly via RS-232 or remotely, using the PC's modem. Hardwired Load Control Module
The HAI 20A Hardwired High Wattage Relay Control Module is part of the HAI energy management line of products. It was primarily designed for residential homes to control power being consumed by high current appliances that include a water heater, pool pump, baseboard heater, fountains, ventilator, humidifier and dehumidifier. It can also be used in small commercial applications for lighting ballasts, vent fan control, a circulator pump, sign lighting and outdoor lighting. The idea behind this module is to prevent expensive energy use by locking out the use of high wattage appliances and lights when electricity costs are at their highest. It is optoisolated to isolate noisy loads from interfering with your HAI automation system. The HAI 20A Hardwired High Wattage Relay Control Module connects to the Omni Pro II controller to give you the ability to schedule operating times and programs for high wattage appliances through HAI's scheduling features. Additionally, the module has a built-in manual override switch.
Access Control Card Reader
The 125 KHz high security, digitally encrypted, 26-Bit proximity card reader connects to a serial port on an HAI Home Control System. The reader has durable and scratch resistant polycarbonate housing. Full epoxy potting ensures successful operation even in harsh environments. The Access Control Card Reader can be mounted to metal door frame (mullion) or to any flat wall surface. The two color LED (green and red) and Piezo sounder guarantee accurate and reliable door access operations.
Access Control Card Pack of 10
The 125 KHz Access Control card is a credit card sized, 1.7mm thick high security proximity card with fully encrypted format stored on the card. It is thin, flexible, and light enough to be carried in a purse or wallet. It is preprogrammed at the factory with a unique encryption code. It provides a read range up to 4 inches.
Access Control Key Tag Pack of 10
A very small (only 4 grams) 125 KHz high security digitally encrypted proximity key tag. It has a hole for a key ring or chain. It is pre-programmed at the factory with a unique encryption code. It is small and durable enough to fit on a key ring. It provides a read range up to 2 inches.
12VDC Electric Door Strike
When used with Access Control Reader, the 12VDC Electric Door Strike securely locks and unlocks a door without the need of a key. It allows the door to be locked when closed, but can be automatically unlocked by the system, or manually unlocked with a key. The Electric Door Strike is a 12VDC Fail-Secure device, which means the door unlocks when power is connected (i.e. the door is locked when power fails).
Omnistat2 Multistage & Heat Pump with Humidity Control Thermostat, White
The Omnistat2 line from HAI offers the latest in programmable communicating thermostats. It includes all the standard features such as creating a 7-day schedule with separate weekday, Saturday and Sunday heating schedules; as well as a vacation mode. It is also fully interactive with the Omni family of HAI Central Automation Controllers. What really makes this line of thermostats unique is the ability to learn your patterns of operation and use that information to create maximum efficiency; conserving energy while keeping you comfortable. Generally up to half of your electric bill can be accounted for by your heating and cooling system, so managing them is the best way to cut energy costs. Some other cool features include a simple 3-button user interface, a filter reminder for peak efficiency, simple or advanced display, motion sensing large digital LCD screen, adjustable backlit LCD screen, energy monitoring with real-time costs and bills, and smart metering communication with your utility company (where available).
