Essential Info
The HAI Hi-Fi whole-house audio system distributes four audio sources to four zones in your home. The Hi-Fi system ships with four IR emitters to deliver your commands to your audio sources, but if necessary you can replace one of the kit's included IR emitters with the Hi-Fi IR Flasher, an infrared emitter connected to a 10-foot cord.

The Hi-Fi IR Flasher is used for sending IR data to the source equipment, which can be connected at any zone. When you point your source equipment remote control at the IR receiver in the wall-mounted Volume-Source Control (VSC) and send a signal, the IR data is routed to the appropriate Remote Input Module (RIM), to which the source is connected, which then sends the IR signal through the IR flasher to the source equipment.
