Essential Info
If you use X10-compatible switches, module and controllers to automate your lighting and appliances throughout your home, adding this simple device to your setup will allow you to set up timed events easily. Using the 64-Event X10 Mini Timer will allow you to turn your lights on and off and dim them remotely as well as letting you easily setup timed events. The timer plugs into any AC outlet in your home and transmits digitally encoded signals over your house wiring instantly or at the times you set. You'll be able to schedule up to eight lights or appliances to turn on and off automatically. Have outside lights as well as inside lights and appliances go on and off at preset times so you walk into a dark home at night. Or give your home a lived-in look while you are away using a security mode that turns lights on and off at random times within a certain time frame. You can even wake up in the morning to light and sound. X10 switches or plug-in modules are required if you wish to control lights and appliances, and are sold separately. This product requires two AA batteries, sold separately.

Easy Setup of Scheduled Events
The 64-Event X10 Mini Timer with dimmer can control up to eight different X10-comaptible devices, all at the press of a button or when scheduled. Simply set all of the modules to be controlled to the same house code as the X10 Mini Timer and schedule individual on/off times for each. You can even connect an appliance module to your coffee pot and set it to turn on 30 minutes before you wake up for fresh-brewed coffee. Timed events can be set for daily use or once only. With a total of 64 on/off times available, you can schedule devices to turn on and off multiple times each day.
Dimmer
You can manually and remotely dim and adjust the brightness level of connected X10-compatible lamp modules or dimmer switches.
Built-In Alarm Clock
The 64-Event X10 Mini Timer has an internal buzzer that can be used as a standard alarm clock. Hit any button to snooze another 10 minutes.
Variety of Uses
Turn off your child's radio or nightlight from your bedside with the 64-Event X10 Mini Timer. You can also turn on ALL lights connected to X10 lamp modules and wall switches with the touch of a button if you hear a suspicious noise at night. You can even turn off everything in the system with the press of a single button.
Backup Battery Power
Install two AA batteries, sold separately, in your 64-Event X10 Mini Timer, and in the event of a power outage, your programmed times will be protected for up to 48 hours.
Note for Homes with Intercom Systems
Intercom systems that send voice signals over electrical wiring may interfere with the operation of the Mini Timer when the intercom is in use. If the Intercom system uses its own separate wiring, it will not cause a problem.
